DELIVERY DETAILS
Where possible all orders are delivered by a Courier Service. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible using this service and if a PO Box is entered as a delivery address during checkout, may cause delays and in some cases may require re-delivery at the customers expense. In the event that an order cannot be sent via courier, an appropriate Australia Post service will be used. Processing times are 1-3 business days after cleared payment has been received. Delivery times are quoted as 1-3 Business Days for most areas of Australia. Aramia Food Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for any delays or damage caused during transit.

REFUNDS

Due to our HACCP food safety commitments, Aramia Food Pty Ltd has a strict no refunds policy. Refunds will only be considered in the event of an error being made by Aramia & Excellence Food Ingredients Pty Ltd.

PRICING ACCURACY

Aramia Food Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure that pricing information shown on the website and charged during checkout is accurate. However Aramia Food reserves the right to make corrections to product information and pricing prior to orders being shipped. If, in the event that an incorrect price or quantity is processed during checkout, and a corrected price per kilogram is higher than was initially processed during order submission, Aramia Food Pty Ltd will contact the customer and allow the customer the option of agreeing to the corrected price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
