2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Jacoub’s Barbecue Seasoning
2 celery stalks, very thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 small bone-in pork chops (1 in. thick, about 2¼ lbs total)
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1. Heat grill to medium-high.
2. Season pork chops with 1 tsp of Jacoub’s Barbecue Seasoning and grill until golden brown and just cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
3. Garnish parsley over pork and greens.
Add a Jalapeño if more heat is desired.
