Lemon Pepper Chicken

2 chicken breasts (250 - 300g each)

Jacoub’s Pepper Lemon Seasoning

2 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp flour

Jacoub’s Parsley Flakes

3 fresh rosemary sprigs


1. Cut the chicken in half horizontally to make 2 steaks. 

2. Place lemon zest into bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil and mix to combine. Add chicken and use your hands to slather oil mixture onto chicken.

3. Place Jacoub’s Pepper Lemon Seasoning and flour into a shallow bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, shaking to remove excess. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.

4. Serve chicken, garnished with Jacoub’s Parsley Flakes and fresh rosemary sprigs.

Pro Tip

A splash of white wine, heavy cream, or some softened onions and garlic beforehand take Lemon Pepper to the next level.
