500ml cold milk
50g/1/2cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
salt to taste
50g Jacoub’s Cream Sauce Mix
1. Mix 50g of Jacoub’s Cream Sauce Mix with 500mL of cold milk. Bring to boil while stirring & simmer for few minutes. Ideal with Pasta, Vegetables and Seafood. gjfhbf
2. Take it off the heat and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Taste the sauce and add the salt as needed. (Salt is an important ingredient here, so do not skip it.)
3. To dress the pasta with the cream sauce, add the pasta directly to the pan with the sauce and gently shake the pan to coat the pasta with the sauce. Add up to 1/3 cup of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
4. Serve immediately.
With an impromptu pasta dish, remember less is more. Limit the number of ingredients that you use to keep it simple and fresh.
