Quick & Easy Chinese Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1L warm water

25g Jacoub’s Chicken Stock

4 cups chicken stock

2 spring onions (– 3 Green/, – finely sliced into rounds)

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

4 ounces chinese noodles (Dried, your choice)

4 leaves bok choy (/Pak choi sliced)

Preparation

1. Combine 1L with 25g Jacoub’s Chicken Stock and bring to a boil.


2. Add the green onions, Bok Choy or Chinese greens, soy sauces, oyster sauce & the noodles.


3. Reduce the heat and cook according to noodle package instructions (just until tender).


4. Serve hot
