4 fillets tilapia or other white fish
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp Jacoub’s Garlic Supreme Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse fish fillets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with Jacoub’s Garlic Supreme Seasoning.
4. Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
Let the fish cook undisturbed for two to four minutes before you touch it. The fish will develop a nice crust and will release perfectly when it’s ready to turn. If you try to flip it too early, the fish will stick to the dish and you’ll be left with a mess.
